Payment & Insurance Information
At Minor Inspirations LLC, we are committed to making quality mental health care more accessible for all. We’re excited to share that we now accept insurance, in addition to offering private pay options.
Now Accepting the Following Insurance Plans:
- Cigna
- Carelon Behavioral Health
- Capital Blue Cross (Pennsylvania)
- Quest Behavioral Health
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (for virtual appointments only)
- Aetna
Additional insurance plans are currently pending credentialing. If you are unsure whether your plan is accepted, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to verify your benefits.
We’ve partnered with Headway, a trusted third-party platform, to handle all insurance billing, claims, and deductible collections. This allows us to focus on your care while Headway manages the paperwork and processing behind the scenes.
For Couples & Family Therapy, not all plans are accepted to cover sessions. However, we do have affordable options for private pay including a sliding scale rates.
Out-of-Network & Superbills
If we’re not in-network with your insurance, many providers offer out-of-network (OON) reimbursement. To make this process easier, we work with Mentaya, a platform designed to submit OON claims on your behalf—saving you time and increasing the chances of reimbursement. Prefer to handle it yourself? We also provide Superbills you can submit directly to your insurance provider.
Private Pay & Seminar Fees
For clients paying out-of-pocket, our services are offered at competitive private pay rates. Fees for seminars and workshops vary depending on the service offered and the size of the group being served.
Individual sessions: $120 per 50 minute sessions
Couples & Families: $150 per 50 minute sessions
Payment Methods
All payments are due prior to the start of each session. We accept:
- All major credit and debit cards
- HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and are integrated with our HIPAA-compliant electronic health records (EHR) system.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens—but to respect everyone’s time and maintain availability for all clients:
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance, with the exceptions of emergencies i.e. illness, hospitalization, accident, work mandates.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will result in your full session fee, which must be paid on the day of the missed appointment.
- Insurances will not pay for late cancellations or no-show fees. Therefore, this is the full responsibility of the client.
For example: If your session is scheduled for 4:00 PM on Saturday, you must cancel by 4:00 PM on Friday to avoid a cancellation fee.
This policy allows us to offer that appointment time to another client in need.
