Payment & Fees

Therapy services are provided on a private pay rate as the practice is currently not in network with insurance companies at this time. However, most insurance companies do provide a reimbursement for services. Clients can pay using an FSA or HSA card. Seminars and Consulting fees will be based on the service and size of the population being served.

All payments are taken prior to the start of service via Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Square, or Stripe. Cancellations and rescheduling must be done within 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time. There is a fee for late cancellations and no call/no shows which payment is required prior to scheduling the next session. Example: If the appointment is at 4pm on Saturday, client would need to call/email by 4pm on Friday to avoid cancellation charges. This allows for me to be able to fill that session slot to keep business productive for clients served.
